Get Out & Explore

I'm an average person, with a family that works a regular job.  I love spending time with family.  I have lived in Maryland (USA) my entire life.  I have always had a great appreciation for nature and what surrounds us.  When possible I like to get out and try to capture it.  Often it's some thing or some place very ordinary or routine that catches my eye.  I don't travel a lot so I mostly get out to regional or local places.  Sometimes just a walk in a local park.  My belief is you can find beauty even if your location is not ideal.  Just look for it!  Another real passion I have is the game of baseball.  That passion led me to begin volunteering many years ago when my kids were small.  Coaching and being an administrator has taught me so much in my adult life.  Everyone should give back in some way - especially to our young people because after all - they are our future.  After many years I "retired"  from my administrative duties in 2017 - although I still coach summer ball.  My new found spare time and freedom has enabled me to get out more, capture my world, and share it with you.   Hopefully you find my page interesting, relevant, and most of all positive and inspiring.
