Wow.. what a week! I have so much to catch up on. Thursday was my daughter's graduation from college. It was particularly special for me as I attended the same school years ago. Having family and friends together to be able to share important achievements such as this is truly what makes life so great. The day was one of the best days of my life in a very long time. There was the actual graduation. After a group of family all had lunch together. Then the end of the day was capped by a visit to Dan's Rock - one of my favorite places. I made a recent post a month or so ago about it as we made a trip there in early spring as well. So - I'm going to share a few graduation pictures here. Will do a separate post on the scenic photos I got. By the way - these are the first pictures I've shot with the new Nikon D5500. I have a lot to learn but wow am I amazed at the quality of these pictures and by the power of the zoom lens. Just amazing. Thanks so much for reading!
